What will happen to Calvary Chapel when Smith passes away?
As uncomfortable a thought as this is to many people we need to be discussing it as a church. Chuck Smith is near 80 now. He's not going to live forever. What will happen to Calvary Chapel without Chuck Smith? There are some lessons to be learned from how the Vineyard handled the death of it's leader John Wimber.

Wanted to suggest that on your Wiki about resources for CC reformers that you add something like "meeting with the church leadership" or "meeting with the board". While perhaps that has not worked for some in the past, I do believe it is the proper first step and in many cases could result in things getting dealt with.
