Calvary Satellite Network is run from Twin Falls. Jeff Smith and Mike Kestler were the last two men standing on the board of CSN. Both tried to take the other out. Chuck Smith's "The Word for Today" is suing Mike Kestler pastor of Calvary Chapel of Twin Falls (Idaho). Kestler is suing Smith.
If it were not for the scripture concerning going to law with a brother, I would have sued John Todd long ago for liable and slander; because I do obey the scriptures and seek to obey them, I have not filed this suit against him but the statements that he makes are totally false.
Chuck Smith's "The Word for Today" has filed suit against Mike Kestler for over 1 million dollars and control of CSN.
